Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order.

Products and descriptions We try to describe products accurately, including dimensions, materials, finishes, and pricing. Photos, screens, and finishes can vary. Natural and hand-finished materials may differ slightly from piece to piece. If a material description, price, or availability is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Pricing Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout displays another currency. We may change prices at any time before you place an order. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we will contact you and either honor the intended correct price with your consent or cancel and refund the order.

Orders An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order for reasons including stock, suspected fraud, an unserviceable address, or a pricing or description error. You will receive an email confirmation when an order is placed and another email when it ships.

Shipping, returns, and billing Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Payment and tax handling are also described in our Billing Terms and Conditions. Those pages are part of these Terms.

Use of the site You may not use the site to break the law, interfere with the store, scrape content in an abusive way, or impersonate VAREVIA or anyone else.

Intellectual property VAREVIA names, logos, product names, text, and images on this site belong to NOVAMALL GLOBAL LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Disclaimer Except as required by law, products and the site are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every product will meet a particular design outcome in your room.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, NOVAMALL GLOBAL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a consumer-protection law in your state gives you additional rights, those rights still apply.

Changes We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
